Returns
ALL RETURNS, EXCHANGES, and REPLACEMENTS require a receipt and explanation for the return, must be in new condition(not worn even ONCE), and in original packaging, and the original packaging must be secured within an appropriate size box for shipping.
Returns are only valid WITHIN 10 days of delivery for a FULL REFUND if you ordered the wrong shoe or the shoe doesn’t fit. In these cases you are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you ordered the wrong shoe, the shoe doesn’t fit, or you changed your mind regarding the purchase AFTER 10 days of delivery and up to maximum of 14 days, once the shoe is returned a STORE CREDIT will be issued with 14-day expiration date. Please note ***After 14 days shoes are not returnable for Any reason.
Online sale shoes reduced 50% off and more are not returnable.
You may receive a FULL REFUND or REPLACEMENT if the return is a result of our error where you received a size you did not order or the product is defective. In these cases, we will pay the return shipping. Please allow up to one week for processing once the return product is received at our Homesite. In some instances REPLACEMENTS may take a longer period of time due to availability. If that is the case we will notify you immediately.
If you need to return an item, simply go to your email confirmation, click the “Return Item(s)” button and complete the form. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund or replacement once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
